Associate Member Application Procedure

 

 

Thank You for your interest in becoming a part of the Native-American Ministerial Association (NAMA) family.   Here is how to proceed:

 

1.     Fill out the application.

 

2.      Be sure to sign the application.

 

3.     Give the application to one of the Acting Directors, or mail to:

4.      The Acting Directors will review your application for completeness.

They will then forward it to the Elder Board for review and approval.

 

5.      Since the Elder Board meets periodically throughout the year, it may

be some months before they review your application.  Call if you need

clarification.

 

6.     You will be informed by an Acting Director of the Board of Elders’

action.

 

 

Note:  Associate Ministries have the right to withdraw from the association at any time upon provision of written notice of their intention to do so to an Acting Director. NAMA has the right to terminate the membership of any Associate Ministry based on the sole discretion of the Board of Elders.  A written notice of this termination will be sent to the Associate Ministry.
