Procedure for Membership Application

 

 

Thank you for your interest in becoming a part of the Native-American Ministerial Association (NAMA).  Here is how to proceed:

 

  1. Fill out the application.
  2. Be sure to sign the application and the Unity Agreement and Lifestyle Statement.
  3. Give the application to one of the Acting Directors, or mail to:

  1. The Acting Directors will review your application for completeness.  They will then forward it to the Elder Board for review and approval.   
  2. Since the Elder Board meets periodically throughout the year, it may be some months before they review your application.  Call if you need clarification. 
  3. You will be informed by an Acting Director of the Board of Elders’ action.
  4. If granted, you are eligible to vote at the next membership meeting.

 

(Note:  You must be a member of NAMA for one (1) year before you can apply for a

           Ministerial license.)
